If the SPS GUI reports Invalid Credentials instead of Heartbeat Success, then the checks below can help.


First thing to check is the connection details. You will need to connect to the Customer's DC with SPS on. Click on Connection Details in the top-right and make sure the details match the ones in Active Directory under Applications in portal. The port is 1268. Also check that there are no spaes before or after each of the entries.

Next click on Administration at the bottom and check those details against the ones in portal, and that there are no spaces before or after those either.

If those are all correct, you can try copying the key and replacing it with Default. If that doesn't work, then put it back.
