SPS reports Unable to connect to update server when pressing the update button.
First the customer will need to check that https://*.federate365.com is in their local internet settings. Also make sure that ports 1268 and 1433 are open to outbound (which they should be unless password changes / new user creation isn't working).
You should also check that iac-corp-upd is not experiencing issues by looking in Nagstamon. If it is in either Red or Black, then you need to contact Operations and let them know.
If neither of those are the cause, then ask for help.
