This article relates to our Cloud Drive Mapper product
If your ADFS instance is using Windows Integrated Authentication then Cloud Drive Mapper will normally identify this and automatically work seamlessly with SSO.
If this doesn't work right away then it indicates that Cloud Drive Mapper may not be accessing the correct user credential for ADFS authentication. This is common if the email address attribute and UPN address do not exactly match.
If this is the case you will need to let Cloud Drive Mapper know how to identify the user. To do this you will need to add 2-3 registry keys, as below.
