A user's password has been changed, but it has not come through to our systems.
You need to force their SPS to re-send the passwords to us using Team Viewer.
1. Log onto the customer's DC via TV.
2. Load up the SPS GUI and press Stop.
3. Open Regedit and go to HKEY_LOCALMACHINE / software / iam cloud / server password transmission.
4. Change the attribute lastsynctime to one year ago.
5. Press start in the SPS GUI and the passwords will resend. Once that completes the issue shouldbe resolved.
