Cloud Drive Mapper does not have any file size limits however WebClient does.
If Cloud Drive Mapper is installed via command-line or using the "Install" feature from the menu context it will set the maximum filesize to 4Gb (4294967295 bytes). However if CDM is in run only mode it may not have the appropriate permissions so this will need to be set manually if you wish to somewhat de-restrict the file limits. This can be done via GPO.
Alternatively you can head to the "HKLM\SYSTEM\CurrentControlSet\Services\WebClient\Parameters" in registry and manually edit "FileSizeLimitInBytes" and set to 4294967295.
Here is a query to help you see if a machine has the settings applied :
reg query "HKLM\SYSTEM\CurrentControlSet\Services\WebClient\Parameters" /v "FileSizeLimitInBytes"
0xffffffff is the Hex value for 4294967295
Here is a cmd line to manually apply settings to a machine :
REG ADD "HKLM\system\CurrentControlSet\Services\WebClient\Parameters " /v "FileSizeLimitInBytes" /t "REG_dword" /d "4294967295" /f
Please note - this is not a configurable parameter within Cloud Drive Mapper.
