Summary
Your IAM Cloud subscription entitles you to Smart Links, should you require them. These allow a true single sign on experience from domain joined machines and can be used to provide direct links to specific parts of an application. For example, if you would like to have your users go specifically to OneDrive you can have you users go to xxx.mydomain.com and we will take care of the rest.
Smart Links can direct a user to almost any web page within a federated application. To configure these, follow these instructions:
Guide
1) Decide on the URL you wish to use (in your domain space) and create a CNAME DNS entry in your external and internal DNS service that points to one of the following locations:
For EU customers:
eu-redir.iamcloud.net.
For US customers:
us-redir.iamcloud.net.
2) Let us know which URLs you’ve created and what purpose you would like these to have.
For example:

Please define your Smart Link(s), adding as many as are required and send the request for them to support@iamcloud.com
