This article relates to our Office 365 drive mapping product Cloud Drive Mapper

Cloud Drive Mapper supports the ability for customers to map drives to SharePoint and OneDrive locations with environment variables contained within the URL.

e.g. example.sharepoint.com/[ENV:Department]/Shared%20Documents

The drive path would vary between different users depending on their 'Department' environment variable.

Environment variables are typically set using logon scripts. CDM picks up User variables from Windows, and can use them to augment the URL path of a mapped drive.

So in this example, if User A was in the 'Marketing' Department, and User B was in the 'Sales' Department:

User A would have a drive mapped to: example.sharepoint.com/Marketing/Shared%20Documents

User B would have a drive mapped to: example.sharepoint.com/Sales/Shared%20Documents
