This article relates to Cloud Drive Mapper.
Cloud Drive Mapper can occasionally be thwarted by an advanced firewall policy or two. For those organisations with advanced firewall policies in place it's advisable to allow the following as exceptions:
- cdm.iamcloud.net
- fed.federate365.com
If you're still having issues with Cloud Drive Mapper authenticating to Office 365 please contact support@iamcloud.com
