IAM Cloud is a shared platform which is constantly being updated to ensure security, functionality, and stability for all of our customers.
These updates generally do not impact current functionality, so that our customers do not experience any changes in the behaviour of IAM Cloud services.
All changes made to the platform are documented on the IAM Cloud Change Log.
When a release results in a change to the end user experience, we will endeavour to ensure that there is an option to toggle on and off the newly released item. This allows customers to make their changes according to their own individual internal approval processes. Furthermore, major changes are communicated to customers in advance of any major release. This will be done through a combination of email notifications and announcements through our Status Page, which allows you to subscribe to email & SMS alerts.
